Top Gear is a really great show for anyone who loves motorcars - and it might rub off a bit of British accent on you to boot.
Last night they played the last season's finale (I suppose it was actually a marathon that ran all day -we saw the 949 and the F41 go up against each other-sweet), and the last car driven was the new lunar rover. A tear welled up in my eye as they sadly noted this lovely moon buggy will likely never make it to the moon.
I read about this buggy excitedly just a few years ago - I was really pumped up about it. Fascinated. And now it's likely doomed to be Earth-bound.
Sad. Sad little buggy.
